L'innovation s'installe au Parc olympique de Montréal : Une étude de cas sur la gestion de l'innovation et la transformation organisationnelle Auteures

Abstract

Montreal's Olympic Park, a historical and architectural symbol, has embarked on a transformation process to become a premier venue for meetings and events. This article examines how the Olympic Park structured its internal innovation process to revitalize its activities. Using a participatory action research methodology, the study combines qualitative and quantitative data to assess the impact of initiatives such as "demo days," discovery cycles, creativity workshops, an internal training program, and external partnerships. The findings indicate that open innovation, supported by active employee engagement and strategic partnerships, is essential for successful organizational transformation. This research contributes to the literature on innovation by offering practical recommendations and strategies for systematically integrating innovation into similar organizations.
