Médiations informationnelles au prisme de l’innovation par l’usage des technologies numériques d’information communication en institutions culturelles.

Abstract : The social networks high level rise led many organizations to invest in information and communication digital technologies (ICDT). Innovation by use theory is convened here to analyze the informational practices taking place in cultural institutions. We try to show in what logics using those technologies linked at digital social networks by certain institutions leaders recalled users influential divert meditational practices and profile a new digital identity of the professional as well as the library assigned role.
