Mobilité professionnelle et construction de compétences plurilingues par les échanges au quotidien chez les travailleurs migrants en Guadeloupe.

Abstract : This paper is about some specifics observations trying to understand how the migrants in Guadeloupe are talking while working. By looking at the many forms of everyday working langage this study aim to show how the diversity and the mobility make the migrant's integration become an original and adaptative schredule. They are using what they already know trying to share what they have to learn know. Looking at the real langage which is talked, at what can change between some different people, and at the prescriptive system of education for migrants; we are trying to see how this system can be thought trough a contextualized vision and acting goal.
