Comment se relever d'un ouragan majeur? Le cas de Maria à la Dominique (Petites Antilles)

Abstract : Hurricane Maria, a category 5 (the higher one) on Saffir-Simpson scale, has destroyed the small island of Dominica, in September 2017. The conference shows how a small caribbean independant state has succeeded to recover from this major disaster using its proper environmental strengths, its political status and social specificities.
